The aim of the kids dash is to provide a positive experience for all children who participate. Therefore there will be no prizes awarded to first participants, times will not be recorded and every participant will recieve a special event medallion, goodie bag and the opportunity to win one of many random prizes.
The course will be approximately 1.5km in distance.
$5 from each entrant in the kids dash will go straight to their primary school (a minimum of 5 participant from a school to qualify)
If the child is under 8 years old a parent or guardian is encouraged to run in the event with them. There is no entry fee for these parents to run in the kids dash. A maximum of one parent per child.
